This Taba Tabriz Persian rug is a wallflower in our store; having always been in inventory, but never been loved. It is in very good to almost excellent condition and just shows typical rug store shelf-wear. This rug is the perfect size to go in a doorway or in a powder room. In the 1970s and 1980s, anyone who was anyone had a Tabriz Tabatabaie (a/k/a Taba Tabriz or any other amalgamation of the name) in their home. The Tabatabaie workshops produced these famous pieces in a variety of orange, gold, yellow, and rust colors in both a curvilinear and hunting scene design. These days, they are hard to come by unless you inherit them, but here is a new one just for you! Enjoy!
