This Indo-Bijar Oriental rug is a recent trade from a customer. It is in great condition, with only the fringe being less than showroom-perfect. The rug has no stains, holes or tears, and it is ready for years of use! As you can see from the pics showing the entire rug, this carpet has a light side and a dark side. The pattern and coloring of this rug make it good for hiding stains.
Bijar is a famous rug-making city in Iran, known for its beautiful repeating pattern designed rugs. Indian copies of such rugs are known among the trade as “Indo-Bijar” rugs, and they have just as much bang but for a lot less buck.
